    The Enneagram of Personalities: a system of personality typing which gives us insight into ourselves and others. We can learn to steady our inner world; to make sense of our sometimes confusing and contradictory behaviours; to draw on gifts of strength and wisdom.

    As a certified teacher in the Narrative Tradition, I would like to help you find your type, and begin to explore the shadow and strength of your personality, so you can grow in maturity and improve your relationships.

  • yoga

    Much of what is learned on the mat can be transferred to regular life- as such the mat becomes a place to practice embodying methods of trust and rest, which becomes a base from which to move forward.

    Yoga is part of my journey of physical healing after years of burnout; how I maintain physical strength and flexibility as I age; a space I have learned to use for rest. I will share insight into this process along the way.

  • nutrition

    Holistic nutrition: an interest in good food combined with health and healing led me to seek certification as a holistic nutritionist; my own burnout and food allergies taught me much.

    I try to live what I learn and am happy to help you with meal planning and nutritional advice.
